TSA 230
STIHL introduces another world’s first – a cut-off machine powered by 36-volt Lithium-Ion battery technology. The TSA 230 STIHL Cutquik® cut-off machine starts instantly and changes the game for the jobsite, delivering maneuverability and solid cutting performance in a lightweight, compact package that can be used indoors. Its onboard water control helps suppress dust while a toolless wheel lock prevents wheel rotation when removing the wheel attachment bolt. And because it is battery powered, there is no air filter to maintain. The TSA 230 even provides great value – priced below its gasoline-powered counterpart. TS 420 STIHL Cutquik®
The TS 420 is so popular, it could possibly be called “the standard” to which other cut-off machines are compared. Users like it because it is compact, lightweight, reliable and proves itself day in and day out, all day long. The TS 420 features all the high-performance features of the TS 410 – including an X2 air filtration system for a clean and smooth-running engine and virtually maintenance-free filters. With the added benefit of a 14” cutting wheel, it will handle cuts up to 4.9 inches in depth. This cut-off machine backs up its larger cutting capacity with a ton of usability features.

TS 800 STIHL Cutquik®
The TS 800 STIHL Cutquik® cut-off machine features a magnesium guard making the machine a full 0.7 pounds lighter than the previous model. The TS 800 features a 16” cutting wheel, the largest size we offer in a handheld design. When used with the optional STIHL Cutquik® Cart, the TS 800 is an excellent alternative to conventional walk behinds because it can be used as a handheld or quickly snapped into our cart for long, straight, controlled cuts. It’s also fuel efficient, with enough power to cut through asphalt, concrete, rebar, iron and steel with ease.
The TS 800 also features an ergonomic design and five-point advanced vibration control system built right into the handle, maximizing comfort so you can power through your day with less fatigue. When long, straight expansion joint cuts are needed, the optional cart, mounted water tank, guide wheel and depth gauge wheel make it easy to help keep the cut straight. With a cutting depth of up to 5.6”, the TS 800 is a real pro performer whether in your hands or on the cart.
TS 500i STIHL Cutquik®
Abrasive cutting just got more cutting edge. STIHL introduces another industry first with the TS 500i STIHL Cutquik® cut-off machine – the first handheld outdoor power tool to offer an electronically controlled fuel-injection system. This system increases power and performance over 15% while remaining lightweight and well-balanced. The fuel injection system makes starting easier and more reliable by eliminating the choke. Just set the switch to on, prime and pull.
Lightweight, powerful and fuel-injected, this 14” cut-off machine is designed for superior balance and handling during your toughest jobs. And just like a powerful sports car, you will be impressed with the amazing acceleration of this machine, getting you back to speed faster than you thought possible. The STIHL TS 500i also features a high-efficiency engine with low exhaust emissions and optimal torque throughout its RPM range. Its Electronic Water Control (EWC) allows for easy water flow adjustment while cutting and its X2 air filtration system maintains an incredible 99.96% cleaning efficiency. This machine has it all, so very little can stand in your way.

TS 700 STIHL Cutquik®
The 14” STIHL TS 700 cut-off machine is the powerhouse of the STIHL line. Designed for superior handling during the toughest jobs, this machine features a powerful, high-speed engine, large fuel capacity, five-point dual element vibration control system built right into the handle, and a semi-automatic belt tensioner with an innovative ribbed belt. Its X2 filtration system is low maintenance and cleans airflow with nearly 100 percent efficiency, reducing downtime for filter maintenance. Each component on this machine was meticulously engineered with demanding professionals in mind.

TS 410 STIHL Cutquik®
The TS 410 is a lean, clean, cut-off machine that’s easy to use and easier to maintain. Just squeeze the trigger and watch its 12” cutting wheel grind through iron, steel, concrete and expectations. Part of our STIHL Cutquik® series, this model features advanced filter technology that automatically handles daily maintenance. Its revolutionary X2 air filtration removes 99.96% of particles from air entering the carburetor and engine, making its onboard filters virtually maintenance free. Good thing we included an anti-vibration system to maximize comfort – a feature you’ll appreciate after a full day of cutting.

TS 440 STIHL Cutquik®
Versatile enough for general construction applications, but well suited for limited access cuts, the TS 440 represents the latest in professional cutting solutions from STIHL. The extended guard adjustment range of the TS 440 allows greater access in challenging cuts such as the bottom portions of walls, cutting in corners and cutting the underside of in-ground pipes. This expanded guard adjustability is made possible due to the sensor-activated STIHL Quickstop® wheel brake technology. The first cut-off machine in the world equipped with the technology capable of stopping the rotation of the cutting wheel in fractions of a second if kickback occurs.

STIHL Cutquik® Cart
The STIHL Cutquik® Cart is specially designed for use with STIHL cut-off machines when cutting expansion cuts or curbs and a wheeled tool is necessary. This cart offers improved handling and cutting performance with a forward weight orientation and a toolless quick connect system. The cart also features a large deflector as well as sealed bearing wheels to help keep out dust and debris. The handle folds for easy transport, making this lightweight, compact and portable cart an ideal accessory to anyone that uses a cut-off machine. Designed to fit STIHL TS 410, TS 420, TS 500i, TS 700 and TS 800 cut-off machines.
Note: A mounting kit will be required to mount the TS unit to the cart, and water tank is sold separately.
Pressurized Water Tank
Any pro knows that water helps lubricate the cutting wheel and reduces dust when cutting concrete. But sometimes water isn’t available. When you need water for wet-cutting and a pressurized water source is not available, the pressurized water tank is a must. This tank holds 2.6 gallons of water, and is extremely easy to pressurize with the hand pump and footplate. A built-in pressure gauge helps you keep the right pressure to keep the water flowing through the transparent hose. The translucent tank makes it easy to see when you need a refill.
TS Wheel Kit
Maintain control and consistency on difficult cuts with the TS Wheel Kit. The kit consists of two small wheels that mount directly to most STIHL Cutquik® cut-off machines. These wheels help with floor cutting when a full cart application isn’t warranted. Kit fits most STIHL cut-off machines including the TS 410, TS 420, TS 500i, TS 700 and TS 800.
Water Hose Adapter
The Water Hose Adapter is a 3/4″ Coupling Sleeve Adaptor that is designed to fit any model of STIHL Cutquik®.
Water Tank for STIHL Cutquik® Cart
No need to drag a water hose along behind a cart, now you can take water with you. This water tank fits right onto the STIHL Cutquik® cart. Simply grab it by the built-in handle, lift it off, fill it up and slide it back into position. It holds up to 3.4 gallons, and has a screen to help keep dirt and debris out of the tank. The translucent tank lets you easily keep an eye on the water level.
Tool Holder / Rental Kit
Designed for use with any model of STIHL Cutquik®, this accessory includes a brass water connector and tool holder.
Depth Limiter with Vacuum Adapter
The Depth Limiter with Vacuum Adapter provides the TSA 230 the ability to cut at a specified depth range, allowing for consistent cuts. The onboard vacuum adapter allows for vacuum hookup.
Guide Wheel Kit for STIHL Cutquik® Cart
When you have to make long straight cuts, this optional guide wheel stays out front and helps you stay the course. Easy to adjust and a must for any floor cutting.

D-X 100 Diamond Wheel for Hard Stone/Concrete – Premium Grade
Extremely fast universal cutting wheel for cutting brick, concrete, granite and ductile cast iron pipes. Extremely robust, temperature-resistant composition. Suitable for cutting construction steel up to .39″ thick.
D-SB 80 Diamond Wheel for Hard Stone/Concrete – Premium Grade
Difficult cuts made quick. This extremely fast-cutting diamond wheel can be used on all sorts of construction materials including hard concrete, brick, stone and tile, cured concrete pavers, and cinder block. This diamond wheel is perfect for cutting heavily reinforced concrete and hard natural stone. Available in 12″, 14″ and 16″ diameters.
D-B 20 Diamond Wheel for Concrete – Quality Grade
The diamond segments on the B 20 are laser welded to the disc frame, giving the wheel an extended life and unsurpassed toughness. Available in 12″, 14″ and 16″.
D-BA 80 Diamond Wheel for Asphalt/Concrete – Premium Grade
Why continually change your cutting wheel for a multitude of projects? The STIHL (BA 80) multi-purpose wheel is designed to cut a broad spectrum of materials including reinforced concrete, pavers, asphalt, green concrete, and abrasive natural stone. This versatile wheel eliminates the need to change wheels when moving from one material to another. Available in 12″, 14″ and 16″ diameters.
D-B 80 Diamond Wheel for Concrete – Premium Grade
When masonry cutting gets tough, the B 80 Premium Diamond Wheel gets going! It is designed for demanding materials, including hard concrete, brick, stone and tile. This fast cutting concrete wheel is engineered for high speed and long life. Available in 12″, 14″ and 16″ diameters.
D-B 10 Diamond Wheel for Concrete – Economy Grade
The Economy (B 10) is suited for cutting heavier masonry materials such as cured concrete, pavers and cinder block. Laser welded diamond segments give the wheel maximum durability and an extended life. Available in 12″, 14″ and 16″ diameters.
D-A 80 Diamond Wheel for Asphalt – Premium Grade
This premium grade diamond wheel is STIHL’s top-of-the-line asphalt diamond wheel. These diamond wheels offer a higher concentration and quality of diamonds, providing superior cutting speeds and maximum wheel life. Undercut protection reduces wheel sidewear for use in highly abrasive materials. Available in 12″, 14″ and 16″ diameters.
D-A 20 Diamond Wheel for Asphalt – Quality Grade
This quality grade diamond wheel will provide the dependability and quality you’ve come to expect for a longer period of time. The Quality A 20 contains upgraded concentrations of diamonds for extended wheel life and excellent cutting performance. Available in 12″, 14″ and 16″ diameters.
D-A 05 Diamond Wheel for Asphalt – Economy Grade
We took a great wheel and made it better. Higher segment heights give these wheels a greater lifetime compared to our older A5 wheels with a comparable cutting rate. Available in 12″, 14″ and 16″ diameters.

K-ME – Abrasive Wheel – General Purpose Metal
The General Purpose Metal abrasive wheel is ideal for ductile iron, steel and other construction site metal needs. Specially engineered compositions and specific degrees of bond hardness maximize the wheel’s cutting life. A variety of diameters and arbor sizes are available.
K-BA – Abrasive Wheel – Wet Cutting
The STIHL Masonry Wet Cutting Wheel is ideal for cutting cured concrete, reinforced concrete, rebar, stone, concrete pipe, rigid concrete pipe (RCP) and refractory brick. These wheels are designed to be used with water when cutting concrete, stone and brick. The cutting speed is comparable to standard abrasive wheels but with up to a 30% higher lifetime.
K-DG – Abrasive Wheel – Asphalt & Ductile Iron
STIHL asphalt and ductile iron cutting wheels have been designed for asphalt cutting and ductile iron pipe cutting such as those used for water and sewer lines, automotive components, off-highway diesel trucks, agricultural tractors, and oil well pumps. A variety of diameters and arbor sizes are available.
K-BA – Abrasive Wheel – General Purpose Masonry
As with the STIHL general purpose metal abrasive wheel, STIHL has created the general purpose masonry wheel for masonry needs where an abrasive cutting wheel is the logical choice. Dual-sided full-face fiberglass mesh sheets deliver superior strength and durability. A variety of diameters and arbor sizes are available.
