•  I understand my order will not ship out the same day as my order is placed. All orders are shipped out on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays to ensure 2 Day delivery freshness.

•  Tubbs Hardware provides proper product packaging. However, once the order has left Tubbs Hardware, the handling of the product is beyond our control. Due to this, King Cakes may arrive in less than perfect condition resulting in, but not limited to, icing melting or cake filling leaking. King Cakes will be shipped entirely at the risk of the customer.

•  Federal Express does not offer compensation or insurance for perishable goods.  By completing an order for Tubbs Extreme King Cakes, the Customer agrees Tubbs Hardware will be held harmless from any claims for compensation that may occur due to shipping damage or spoilage.

•  Tubbs Hardware will not issue refunds for shipping related issues.

•  Federal Express has suspended their service guarantee due to COVID 19.
