- Instead of sliding vents, the PK360 uses radial vents, which are easier to use and allow for more precision.

The Original PK is shaped like a bullet aimed at your taste buds and features 4 easy-to-use vents, allowing you to set up zones and precisely control airflow inside the capsule.
The Original PK is the wise grandmother of our PK Grill line. An old school cooker with all the stories that cooks like crazy and just won’t stop.
- The Original employs sliding vents and a squatty cart that some people don’t like, but she’s too old to care what other people think.
- The Original PK is shorter than our other grills, about the same height as a comparable kettle grill.
She has 310 sq in. of cooking space so you can cook plenty of food for a regular-sized family with no problem. - The Original PK is not quite as voluminous as the PK360 (4080 cubic in. vs 5374 cubic in.), but she says it suits her just fine.

The Stainless Steel Hinged Cooking Grid and Charcoal Grate from PK is made from 304 Grade Stainless Steel. Borrowing a quote from Meathead Goldwyn, “Because it contains more nickel and less steel in the alloy, 304 is higher quality and higher cost” (than the more common 430 stainless).
These grates replace the stock steel cooking grid and charcoal grate of the Original PK Grill & Smoker, also incorporating a heavier gauge wire for a much more durable part. Anyone who owns an Original PK Grill & Smoker made after 1997 will want to upgrade to these parts. The stainless steel hinged grid and grate will fit any Original PK produced since 1997.

This unique hinged cooking grid replaces the stock nickel-steel grid. It incorporates heavier gauge wire a reinforced hinge with vertical stop (so it doesn’t fall back on your food) and a handy lift tab on the hinge side to make it easier to open and close with a pair on tongs or gloves on. Griddle for The PKGO
This 2-sided cast iron griddle is the perfect companion to the PKGO Camp & Tailgate Grilling System. It features a smooth side for smash burgers, searing fish, grilling veggies and of course the grilled breakfast. The slotted side is perfect for steaks, chicken, and pork.
Care Instructions:
PK’s cast iron griddles are coated with porcelain enamel in order to minimize rust while still holding heat extremely well.
Chips or scratches in the coating will expose the cast iron underneath, which will lead to rusting. Managing rust is typical with all cast iron indoor and outdoor cook surfaces.
When grilling with metal tools, use care to avoid scraping the surface. To clean, use a soft bristle (ex. Nylon) grill brush instead of a metal or wire brush.
To clean, burn off any food that is leftover. Use hot water and mild soap to clean as needed. Dry after cleaning, and coat with a thin coat of vegetable oil to minimize rusting of any exposed areas.

The PK Pizza Stone is like the Sharon Stone of outdoor cookery. It makes everything near it hot and cheesy with a touch of smoke and danger. Grill Badger Brush
Grillbadger is the all natural grill cleaning brush. It features natural bristles and angled wooden handle. Also comes with sturdy steel scraper and hemp cord. The Great Scrape Woody Paddle Grill Scraper
The Great Scrape Woody Paddle is one of the best ways we’ve found to clean the cooking surface on our PK Grill and Smoker. It is an effective and all natural grill cleaning tool that custom forms itself (a process called Grooving, yeah baby) to your specific cooking surface.
